The Alps, Done Properly

Most Switzerland tour packages from India hand you a fixed coach route and a headline price. We work the other way around. Switzerland is small, spectacular and superbly organised: the Matterhorn and the Jungfrau, lakes like Lucerne and Geneva, and the finest mountain railways in the world, all within a few hours of each other. The difference between a good trip and a great one is knowing which peaks and which trains, and reading the weather.

What matters here is the mountains and the timing: which viewpoint is worth the day, when the high passes and lifts are open, and how to keep a plan the weather can cooperate with. That judgement is what we bring. You tell us who is travelling and what you are picturing, and we shape a Switzerland that fits, then handle the parts that usually go wrong.

The Best Time to Visit Switzerland

Switzerland is really two destinations in one, a green summer of lakes and trails and a white winter of snow, with quiet shoulders between. Here is how the year works.

High summer, lakes and trails

The cities, lakes and mountain railways at their best, wildflowers, hiking and the high passes fully open.

The peak for walking, and the broad sweet spot for a first Swiss trip.

Entry and Visa, in Plain Terms

  1. Step 1

    Start Early

For Indian passport holders, a trip to Switzerland takes a little planning ahead, so it is worth starting early.

  2. Step 2

    Nothing to Chase

It is not something you need to chase yourself.

  3. Step 3

    We Handle the Application

We confirm the current requirements for your passport, tell you what to prepare, and handle the application as part of the booking so it is done well before you fly.

One Tailored Trip, Not an Off-the-Shelf Package

The difference is in the joins. We book the flights that suit your day, put you in the right village or lakeside town, sort the visa, and arrange the Swiss rail pass and the transfers so no one is standing on a platform wondering what happens next. The Jungfrau railway, the Glacier Express, the lake steamers, all pre-booked and sequenced so the trip flows instead of stalling.

None of it is a fixed bundle. It is one tailored trip, priced and shaped around who is travelling and what matters to you, with a real person accountable from the first message to the flight home. If a plan needs to move while you are there, you call us, not a call centre.

  • Flights that suit your day
  • The right village or lakeside town
  • Your visa sorted
  • Swiss rail pass and transfers
  • Railways and steamers pre-booked

Switzerland Questions, Answered

When is the best time to visit Switzerland?

May to September for the lakes, hiking and mountain railways, with July to September the peak for the high trails. December to March is the ski season in the great resorts. April and November are the quiet between-seasons, when many mountain lifts close but the cities and lower lakes stay lovely.

Do Indians need a visa for Switzerland?

Yes, and it is worth starting early. It is not something you chase yourself, though. We confirm the current requirements for your passport and handle the application as part of your trip.

How much does a Switzerland trip cost?

Switzerland is not a budget destination, but there is a real range between a smart trip and an indulgent one. Rather than sell you a fixed package, we shape it around your budget, use the rail passes well, and tell you honestly where it is worth spending.

Is the Swiss rail pass worth it?

Usually, yes, and it is one of the things we work out for you. The right pass turns the trains, boats and many mountain lifts into one simple ticket, but coverage of mountain excursions varies, and panoramic trains like the Glacier Express need a separate seat reservation. Which pass fits depends on your route, so we size it to the trip rather than selling a default.

How many days do I need in Switzerland?

Most Switzerland trips sit well at six to nine nights, enough for the great peaks, a scenic railway and a lake or two, with room for the weather to cooperate. Four to five nights suits a first taste, and ten or more allows a grand tour.

Is Switzerland good for families?

Very. Trains, boats, cable cars and snow make it a seamless, safe adventure for all ages, and nothing runs late. We plan the days around the ages travelling and the mountain weather.
